Default Besides Ithaca and Saratoga Springs........

are there any other cities that are growing or at least pretty steady in terms of population and/or in other terms in NY state? I guess NYC could be added to the growth list too.

No. And don't get confused, saratoga springs really isn't a city, its a geographically huge town that has about 25,000 residents. Note: the only city that's growing (NYC)is served by a transportation infrastructure which fuels growth for the city.
