Default How is Herkimer?
town of Herkimer in Herkimer County ...Any info on housing, schools , etc. would be very helpful..All I know about it is its got a decent college and a Denny's....THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!!

They do have a Community College, but I'm not sure what else. I think they have the Herkimer Diamond Mines Inc. too. I think there is a KOA campground next to it too. It is located in the Mohawk Valley with other such communities like: Ilion, Mohawk, Little Falls, Frankfort and Dolgeville nearby.

Herkimer, while having a lot of commerical outlets, is a dump. The homes there are very run down as well as a lot of the stores there.
