Being one of my first few posts on this forum, I'll contribute with what I have from around the state.


Autumn 2013 in the southern Adirondacks



The Schoharie Valley from Vroman's Nose



A thunderstorm roaring down the Mohawk Valley in Amsterdam



Steam from the Nine Mile Point nuclear plant in Oswego



The West Branch of the Sacandaga River in the southern Adirondacks, both frozen/snow covered and in the summertime

The first one was taken in Saranac Lake, that is Lake Flower at dusk. The second one was taken at Adirondacks VIC near Paul Smith's College. I believe that is St. Regis Mountain.

Let's post pictures from this storm! It was a heavy mess. And it's not even winter.







The black and white droopiness of everything does make for some great pictures, though. Just not very comfortable photographing conditions.
