Information About Ramapo Towers in Spring Valley (for sale, condo)

Does anyone know this complex? How is it? What is the area like? Just looking to get some more info since Google hasn't helped.

I used to live there about seven years ago. It's great. You get a pool, tennis court, playground, BBQ area, weight lifting room, recreation room, and a bike storage room. People need to know your address, to contact you via intercom (so you can let them in). Quiet neighborhood, and shopping center to the west, and the village square to the east. You get a balcony too.

Like I said, it's great . I enjoyed living there for my earlier days.

Thanks for the information. I'm thinking about purchasing a condo over there. I only have one concern : There are too many units for sale and they have been on the market for some time.
