I know you can't really tell me this, but I need some suggestions. I'm looking for the following things:
1. Must be able to commute to NYC in 2.25 hours or less.
2. Must be able to buy a 3BR, 2BA house (not condo, not townhouse) for $300,000 or less.
3. Taxes shouldn't be much higher than $7,000/year
4. Should have some kind of town center or village. A little rural is OK, but I want something to do on the weekends.
5. Decent school district.
Any tips? I've looked at Warwick, but taxes are super high there, and the commute is a bit long. Any towns I'm not thinking of?
