I moved to Albany in February 08 from Omaha, NE. I was anxious, too. I am still adjusting and I expect it to take some time. It's OK and natural to feel anxious, but it is also very uncomfortable, I know. I try to keep thinking of this change as a Grand Adventure in Life and it helps. Maybe it will help you, too.
