Heyyy.

If you got some websites which consists info on rental apartments or jobs at upstate NY can you please post em.

I have graduated from Business college and know computer programming.

Any place upstate NY is okay i've heard its peaceful there.

This actually goes for all the peaceful places with rentals/job opportunities.

And a public apologize: My previous posts have seem quite racist towards hispanic people but that's not the case, its just the language.

That's why im looking for a place with as small hispanic population as possible.

communities like Amsterdam, Dunkirk and some in the Hudson Valley area, you won't find too many "large" Hispanic communities in Upstate NY. What I mean by that, is that you'll have cities with noticeable Hispanic communities, but that is in certain section of cities and they make up maybe a decent percentage of the population. For instance, Syracuse has a Hispanic community, but they only make up about 6-7% of the city's population. That's more common in Upstate NY.
