Question Good Adirondack Town For Family w/ 14 Year Old????
Hi All,
I asked this question last summer but wanted to throw it out there again. I recently retired from the NYPD and want out of Long Island. We have a 14 year old daughter who is VERY much into dancing. I'm looking for a town near the Adirondacks (love the mountains and lakes) but need something with a good dance school and some activities for children. Looking to buy a 4 bed, 3 bath home on at least an acre $250,000 range. Thanks.

Try communities like Plattsburgh, Saratoga Springs, Glens Falls, maybe Saranac Lake-Tupper lake -Lake Placid(called the Tri-Lakes area) or maybe some small towns near the Utica-Rome area, in Saratoga, Warren, Herkimer, Fulton and Montgomery counties too.
