Anyone from the Bethel NY area
My wife and I are considering the possibility of moving upstate with our 2 year old son from East Northport L.I.. We are looking for more of a rural area to live. We currently have a house in Bethel that we frequently visit throughout the warmer season. We love to visit the nearby towns. We would renovate that and make it our own. I was curious though what life is like in the off season. What the schools are like as well as any problems in the area. As well as what sort of community functions are like. Not too concerned about the work. I'll be commuting to Stewart Airport. Any input is appreciated.
