Default Life in ITHACA??
I just want to hear from people who have lived or live in the area. Whats life really like on a day to day basis? DO you like it? why or why not? Thanks

Please don't take this as a rude response, but have you searched the forums yet? There are several very long, detailed and opinionated threads about Ithaca, living near Ithaca, what life is like in/around Ithaca, etc. It seems like someone asks 'What's life like in Ithaca?' every two or three weeks!

I love it - it's beautiful and most everyone is friendly. Life on a day to day basis is what you make of it. I think that depends on how you spend your days!

If you like outdoor activities, farm life, organic living (I'm guessing that's a "yes"), the quiet life, etc etc, then this is a great place.

And yes, do a forum search - there are lots of opinions on Ithaca here.
