That doesn't make the problem any less of a problem. But alas dear CK, upstate NY has a preponderance of ALT-A mortgages that begin resetting in 2010 and don't stop until 2013.

if you use some actual logic....then this is a big DUH comment. DUH; Erie, Monroe, and Onondaga counties have the highest numbers of subprime loans upstate...because they are the MOST POPULOUS COUNTIES UPSTATE! I'm sure that all of the larger downstate counties in NYC and LI all have higher numbers of subprime loans than Erie, Monroe, or Onondaga; they probably also have higher RATIOS....you know, the number that actuls MEANS SOMETHING as well. This is really reallly stupid and its obvious the OP has some dumb agenda yet can't even use logic when making thier half-baked attacks.

Well said I'minformed....some people just don't think things out thoroughly and contemplate what these statistics mean.
