rental availabilities 20 mile radius from Catskill???
Hi, I may be moving into the Catskill, NYS area, and like the smaller town, walk into feel. I was down for a week but didn't see a lot of rentals around in Catskill itself, or the surrounding communities on the east or west of the Hudson river.
I live near a large city in Canada now, so rental possibilities are in abundance. Can anyone direct me to where I can find possible rentals in a 20 mile radius of Catskill?
My ideal, under $1000 (all included), with w/d, dishwasher, 1 or 2(prefered) bedrooms, modern kitchen and baths (1.5), A/C. But my price range/options in the area may be limited if not impossible. Of course, safe neighbor hood/low crime rate is preferred.
Over $1000/mth really isn't affordable for me -- although there are some nice rental properties in Delmar, they go above this price range (good school district), and are a long commute.
Any advice/rental contacts you can send my way is appreciated.
