Default Moving to Jamestown

I will be moving to Jamestown in the next 3-6 months could anyone give a recomendation on what neighborhoods to look into, and which to avoid. I'll be looking for a house in the 100,000 range, but know nothing about the city.

A house in that price range will put you in good neighborhoods. It will probably be obvious to you what neighborhoods are good and what are not when you get there. The North End (the area behind the big cemetary) is nice. West Ellicot (part of Jamestown- closer to Lakewood) is also nice.

The area by Washington St. is not so nice.

Another bonus, Jamestown has it's own electric company and rates are super cheap. Good luck to you!
