Default Vacation condo to buy ?? Grandview Palace, Liberty?
Dear members!

I want to buy a small vacation condo Upstate NY (I have no funds to buy a house). The only option so far I found and am considering is [SIZE=6]Grandview Palace in Liberty, NY.[/SIZE]

Maint fee is very high - $400 for a tiny studio!

Any information, experience or opinion about this complex? Any other more or less similar options within two-three-four hours drive from Yonkers? I want to have some reliable snow in winter for cross-country (trail) skiing.

Please help me with good information and advise on Upstate vacation condos.

I own two units in Grandvies and we love it I dont know why anyone would say they are nuts.. Go check it out the maintenance is high but the amenities are great!!! Maybe the person who made the post about the nuts are nuts themselves!!!!Good Luck

Help me price wise? Is $8000 - $10 000 a honest going rate? Or I ve been ripped-off? Asking prices are from 4G to almost 16G for a studio! Four times difference !!! Veery confusing!

Well they are sselling cheap,,,,auctions area good way to get one if you have cash...there is a auction on oout 22nd search nys tax auction and click on sullivan county...Also Jeff Bank has one in foreclosure for 5000.00 hope this was helpful
