Default Is Woodbury (Orange County) more expensive than its surrounding areas?
I have been doing a comparison of the southern part of Orange County.

So far, I have found Monroe, Harriman, Central Valley, Highland Mills & Woodbury as possible places of interest for my relocation from NYC.

I know Monroe is a bit expensive but why does the town of Woodbury have a higher cost of living?
