Default Orange, Putnam Southern Dutchess Schools

Looking for the best schools in these counties. Have young daughter and would like to purchase home for $350K within one of these counties. Ideally I would like a newer home, updated with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, master suite and some yard. I was looking in Cornwall and New Windsor but any other thoughts?

CampingMom will become famous soon enough
Honestly-Wappingers is too big for it's britches. It's an unmanageable school district anymore. I grew up here, graduated from one of the high schools and it's very over crowded in some of it's schools. I am not overly fond of Van Wyck-this year more than others. The prinicipal banned hand sanitizer-unless used in the presence of an adult-why? Because it's got alcohol in it and they think the kids will drink it. Also they've canceled the 8th grade semi formal and 8th grade trip. The dress code is for the birds too. Look at Arlington, Millbrook, Spackenkill for good options-Wappingers isn't a good bet anymore.

What about districts like Goshen, Pine Bush, Highland Falls and Cornwall?
