Smile Wich area is better Webster or Elmira
Hello

For those of you who are familiar with both areas, in your opinion, wich is better and have the best school system? In Elmira, where are the best places to live and the best school district?
Is NYE&G better than RG&E or is it the same mess with a different name.

If you go with Elmira, you might want to go with Horseheads or Corning SD's.
