Default Things to do in Rockland County with kids??

I grew up in Rockand County. But moved to S. Florida almost 13 years ago. My kids were born here, and are now 11 and 5 years old. I am thinking of moving BACK to NY for a variety of reasons.

I do not know how kid friendly Rockland is these days. I am aware of the Palisades Mall in W. Nyack. But what are some other fun things to do in Rockland (both for indoor and outdoor activities).

Thanks!!

Indoor, there is the Palisades Mall, with move theaters, restaurants, arcade-type establishments, etc.

Outdoors, there is Bear Mountain, Harriman State Park, and plenty of other nice playgrounds and parks throughout the county.

There are street fairs in Nyack regularly. As well as similar activities in Pearl River and Piermont.

And of course, you are fairly accessible to NYC, for a trip to a museum or show.

Overall, Rockland is entirely family friendly. Very good schools.
