Oswego - Having a problem finding income tax info??? (New York: vehicle registration, DMV)

I found what the State income tax is for NY, but what is the local and county income tax rate for Oswego? Also, do Oswego County residents have to pay vehicle registration renewal tax each year, or just a renewal fee?

There aren't county/local income taxes, just the state income tax. (The exception would be if you lived in New York City.)

You renew vehicle registration every other year. It isn't a tax, just a fee, based on the weight of your vehicle. The fee lookup chart is here.
