Default fishkill/cold spring area shopping (target, whole foods, etc.)

Hi,
Can someone tell me generally about shopping in the area of Cold Spring and east, towards Fishkill, and a little bit north toward Beacon? Is there a Target in Fishkill? What about health food stores? I don't think there's a Whole Foods there but are there alternatives to Whole Foods, like smaller health food stores? I guess I could easily look all this up online on the stores' websites, like Target, but I'm being lazy and would like to know from people in the area. Do you find you have to travel long distances for shopping? Is the shopping an inconvenience? I know the good thing about Cold Spring is that there are no Targets or chains, but it's also the "bad" thing. Thanks.

wappinger falls, take 301, to RT9 north, there is a super walmart on the left, SAMS club, then farther up the road (maybe 10 minutes) there is a target in the poughkeepsie galleria mall. as for organic stores, look up a Mrs. Greens. I know there is one in yorktown heights (a bit of a drive 45 minutes?) good luck.
