For curiosity sake, I looked up demographic statistics of my home town. It turns out only about 5% of the population here are 18-24 year old girls. If you whittle it down to single, attractive girls age 18-24, it's definitely going to be much lower.
It's no wonder I've had so little luck meeting girls my age. I went to college in VA, but when I graduated, I moved back to NY, and I've had absolutely no luck dating since I've gotten back. Even meeting girls my age is a challenge.
NYC's definitely too expensive for me at this point, but where else in New York has a good number of single, late teen, early 20s girls?

I'd say that the major Upstate cities would have quite a few due to having so many colleges in each of the areas(Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and Albany/Capital District). Considering size, Buffalo might be your best bet and the nightlife last longer too(last call at 4 am). You also would be close to Canada, where you only have to be 19 to legally do anything. Toronto and Hamilton are major Canadian cities close to Buffalo too.

Long Island! Lots of hotties, beaches galore and only an hour or less to NYC.
I find that the UWS has a high concentration of singles in that age range. I work as a teacher and many my young co-workers who are in programs such as Teach for America and NYCTF live between 96 and 125th street. I also think many students who attend Colombia are situated in that area as well.

I went to school in Huntington, and the girls on LI are gross. Really. Ever seen the Jersey Shore? Watch it before you go girl hunting on LI so you can learn their mating rituals. I hope to god that those tans are sprayed on, or we will have a freakish aging population.

If you are talking about Snooki...she isn't from Long Island. And...Huntington is pretty crappy these days. The village is nice, most of it is a dump.
