Default questions/ middletown, ny

hello everyone. i'm new to the forum. dont know if this is the right placed for this though so i'm sorry. moving to middletown ny soon. what should i expect in terms of water bills? i know they go by how much you use and they bill you every 3 months or something. just looking for an average. also the home has an oil boiler for both heat and hot water, how is it powered? electricity? and since theres no water heater or tank i guess the hot water is sort of an on demand type system? correct me if i'm wrong. and as for oil delivery would i be needing that every month? or would it last me a couple of months if i watc how i use it. thanks everyone.

I think water bills will be the least of your problems.

I have well water and a hotwater heater. Therefore, I don't pay for water, but I do pay oil & electricity for everything else. Why are you moving to Middletown of all places?

i want to get out of the city once and for all! i still work in the city though. middletown is all i can afford. i can probably afford more but i have to think about other expenses. i like the area very much too. close to woodberry commons and all the shopping centers by 211. and away from nyc.
