New Windsor/Newburgh condos
Any one familiar with the following condo complexes in New Windsor/Newburgh?
- Washington Green
- Plum Point
- Patriot Ridge
Are these developments good as far as building structure, community, commute to city, etc.? Any info is greatly appreciated.

I have never heard anything bad about them...Plum Point is really nice, especially if you can get one with a view of the river....I saw one in there about 2-3 months ago that was absolutely gorgeous. Washington Green is also very nice. I have never been in Patriot Ridge though.

I do not believe that those developments have websites, seeing they are not new construction. I do have access to the mls and have seen a good deal of units in those developments, you can feel free to send me an e-mail or a PM.
