Car Ownership
Can a person who does not have a drivers license buy a car and if so how can is car insurance then obtained. Thanks need help on this

you do not need a license to purchase a car in the state of NY, nor do you need a license to purchase insurance....registration on the other hand may be different story, not sure on that...If you go to the DMV website, all the answers you need should be on there.
