It looks like a 4 door Versa that was given some steroids.

It's an improvement, but it still looks kinda bland compared to the Elantra and Mazda 3. Nissan makes it even more boring with the CVT.

It looks a lot like current Nissan styling - which to me is overdone. Just about everything Nissan has done in the last 3-5 years is too dramatic for me. It looks like they are trying too hard to stand out.

It will be OK if it is a good car. But for a long time the Sentra has been an also ran to the best in class (which used to be the Civic and Mazda3). Now best in class is Mazda3, Focus, Impreza, Elantra.

I've come to the conclusion that automakers prefer ugly cars.

Remember, photos don't always match how the vehicle looks in person. Proportion is everything. Having a CVT transmission isn't bad for fuel efficiency base engine. Hopefully they'll offer a 5 or 6 speed manual if a performance model is offered. Doubtful they will because even the Maxima (what they call a sports sedan) is now CVT.

It looks a lot better.

I sure hope it is built with much better materials, and has some powertrain improvements. I had a rental for two weeks while my car was in for collision repair over the winter. I was shocked how bad that car was in every respect. That Sentra would not have faired well against a 10 year old Escort ZX2, much less anything currently on the market!
