I wouldn't get mad about it. It goes both ways. Men blow off women with no respect and vice versa. It just tells you something about the person who does this. Now you are wiser.

As others have said, she doesn't exactly sound like a class act....

One of my "friends" on facebook (a term I use very loosely since what she did seriously angered me) decided to post a picture of a series of messages a guy sent her. They had a back-and-forth exchange (I could see the cutoff on the top of the picture of her message,) before she went cold and stopped replying to his messages. There was nothing bad or explicit in the messages: just salutations, saying that she may have lost his number and that he was coming to town. Basically, it was a guy getting ignored. She then took liberties to make fun of him with a sarcastic title (one that mocked rejection) and in the comments section with some of her (female) friends, who also partook in laughing at this guy's expense.
Needless to say, I was furious. It's bad enough to blow somebody off, but I find it downright disgusting and reprehensible to mock him in front of hundreds who are friends with her. Who does this? I would expect something like this out of a preteen, immature girl, but she's in her early 20s! I confronted her about it, and told her that I thought posting that for the world to see was disgusting and rude, and she told me to lighten up, and that guys who don't get a hint deserve to get called out.
Really? Sorry, this just makes me extremely angry. It honestly makes me wonder if anyone I know has done this to me. If you're going to reject someone, be honest, blunt, don't blow them off and certainly don't humiliate them in front of your friends.
Ahhhh...Facebook strikes again!! I wonder if the creator of facebook actually envisioned it becoming the proverbial "Mean Girl" site that it has or for that fact the "Let me Cheat on my Wife" site?? With the money he is making from this site I don't suppose he cares. I've said it before and will say it again..you have to be careful on Facebook for a multitude of reasons. First of all, no matter what you say on there it can and will be taken wrong because it is difficult to put the proper emphasis on your words...people read into what you say however they want. It is BULLY HEAVEN as far as I am concerned. About 2 years ago, I ran into a HUGE facebook driven mess. My Nephew's wife was posting pictures of her kids..very young kids in various stages of nudity..i.e., in the tub bathing or changing her sons diapers. I mentioned to her friend a hairdresser that I thought this was not proper. Next thing I know, this hairdresser is telling my Nephew's wife that I said she was putting kiddy porn on Facebook...ARRRRRRGH....never said that.

Well, I got on the PHONE and called all the players out and tried to straighten this mess out..no one was home..hmmmmm? Better yet, think they were hiding. No one wants a face on or a phone confrontation even. I have no problem with addressing issues IN PERSON when I am in the right and apologizing in person if I am wrong.

Being 20 years old and hooked on being a "FACEBOOK BULLY" doesn't surprise me in the least. My Nephew's wife is over 30! My advice to you, back off this one and let this mean girl cook her own goose. You can't save her, so to speak. This Facebook stuff is so addicting and can get you in so much trouble if not taken as "entertainment" only. Good luck.

The important thing is to remember that not all women act that way or would do that.

Why do you care? It's not like you really know all the context behind all of this.

This once again feeds into the stereotype that FB and all those other social networks are the dregs. Is it fair? No, but it is what it is... and it is a reason why I am turned off from it.

Mhm, this type of behaviour is not attractive, not to mention dumb. After reading that, what decent and sensible guy on her Facebook would want to approach her?!

That guy dodged a bullet! I can't believe some of the things people put on FB.

Hm, sounds like another interesting and productive day on facebook.

Very glad I'm not a member.

A beyotch who thinks she's a goddess. She'll get old alone and fat and share catfood every night with about 20 cats because karma is funny that way.
