Did she write back?

No she never did. I still sometimes think about her and wonder how she's getting on but not to the point where I want to re-establish a connection. I didn't hate her or even dislike her that much, but I just couldn't have her in my life any more.

I had a friend like that. When she was good she was a blast but when problems came up she'd minimize her part and hold a grudge for being criticized. There's noting you can do but end it from afar. I tried to talk to her and get cursed out for my trouble. I learned my lesson on dealing with childish people.

I did something similar. I ended my friendship with my best friend via e-mail so that none of my words would be misconstrued and she could never say I said something I never said. It would have turned into the similar situation mentioned above.
