Usually nothing at all as I am always talking to her alone because of the distance, or by the shortened version of her first name.
Actually, I hardly ever address anyone by their names, titles or whatever. I just look at them and talk to them.

Oh don't be difficult. So you call her by her shortened name? If you wanted to call her out in a crowded room. What would you yell? I would yell MAMA.

Why would I do that? Half the crowd would answer, but if I called her by her first name, she would probably be the only one feeling addressed.
Plus, since I am relatively old myself now, I have long stopped thinking of my parents as my parents, my mother is a kind of friend to me, my father less than that.

Mom. But she is dealing with dementia now and doesn't always know who I am. But she always knows who she is, so I sometimes call her Mom "first name." That seems to work!

"Mom" or "ma". I don't think I've ever called my mother "mommy," even when I was a wee bairn.
