W/O reading all the posts how about the English woman calling me "LUV". The first time I heard that was from a woman who was from the UK. She and her husband had moved to the US.

Some people are a bit naive

People don't do nice things, generally, without wanting something in return.
I'm glad I'm not you. I'm glad I don't know you. I hope I don't know anyone who thinks like you.

i don't think calling someone a princess could be called disrespectful, not in this context anyway.

i think its nice. if he asked for your phone number, or said, "nice buns", maybe not.

It's called being nice.

Unfortunately you can't so much as even say "hello" to many women these days without it being interpreted as some sort of sexual harassment.

Perhaps you should file a sexual harassment claim with the bus conpany so that the guy can be fired and deemed a sexual predator?

Jeez.

Its demeaning. Sorry.

I am not a woman, but if I called someone "princess", "honey" or "sweetie" I would be doing it to either leer at her or bring her down a peg or two. Unless it was an SO or someone's kid. But that is not the situation.

I am surprised that so many don't see the what this means.
