We're flirting Mod cut: Rude.. We are saying you are pretty. We think that when a pretty woman smiles it's nice, makes us feel good. We want woman who we like to be happy and smiling exhibits happiness.
But yeah, don't mind me, go ahead and be off put by men who are clearly trying to tell you they are attracted to you, it must be very burdensome to be you. Mod cut: Rude.
Mod cut: Rude. It's called firendly banter or flirting.
You're exactly the type of woman I want to avoid, all jaded and crooked. Mod cut: Rude.
That requesting for a woman to "smile for you" is not okay - because women are not outside on the street for the purpose of entertaining and pleasing men. That it's quite possible women are wonderful, happy, intelligent human beings that simply want to move through out the world comfortably and safely while wearing their face however the hell they want to.
We're flirting Orphaned. We are saying you are pretty. We think that when a pretty woman smiles it's nice, makes us feel good. We want woman who we like to be happy and smiling exhibits happiness.
Aah, so it's all about you. Makes perfect sense now, actually.
I want to impart some wisdom to any men in the audience. Women aren't waiting around to be told whether or not you find us attractive or to be flirted with 24/7. We have things to do and lives to live and sometimes we just want to buy some blasted groceries without some guy trying to get our phone number. If you see a woman who is just going about her life and maybe looks a little frazzled, she's not going to respond favorably to lame pick-ups. Don't be shocked, hurt, or upset, just leave her alone. Especially if she wasn't paying any attention to you to begin with.
If a woman is giving a speech, or making a report in person, or on television (any place where others are seeing/hearing her), and she doesn't smile, she will most likely be viewed/perceived as:
cold
emotionless
distant
moody
non-caring, etc.
However, if a man is in the same situation(s) and doesn't smile, he is perceived as:
A thinker
Serious and needs to be listened to
Intelligent, etc.
Point being, there is still that dividing line in society.
Same holds true during a business meeting; if a woman speaks her mind, or has a different viewpoint, she is perceived as too emotional and too vocal. Let a man do the same, and he is viewed as dynamic and ambitious.
