That is what I assumed you meant.

We had a speaker-phone abuser in a cube farm I worked at for 2 years. She got calls all day long from her young adult daughter who lived with her asking, I hate to say dumb, but honestly, questions like where the mustard was, how to spell a particular word, etc. The rest of us joked about buying her daughter a dictionary for Christmas one year. The daugher's boyfriend and his two kids by two different moms lived at the house, too. So of course there was constant drama necessitating frequent calls about that, in addition to calls about the location of condiments and spelling. Our co-worker was admonished over and over by our supervisor, but it was a government agency and apparently almost impossible to fire her, so nothing happened. Boy, was everyone happy when she retired!

This feels like another fake scenario, but whatever.

Don't put up with it if it bothers you. Don't you have an immediate supervisor you can talk to? If it bothers you it must bother more people too. Make something happen, but be professional.

Take care of it.

I understand how annoying this can be, even so no one should have to deal with it, I like the idea of writing an anonymous letter, and if she doesn't get it right away I would send a few others and then go to the boss. I figure if you write the letters and then approach her she will know that it was you all along. The other option is to just go to her first and explain your point, hopefully it will resolve the issue. Best of luck!
