Let's just say you were being nice to your friend, sister,or whomever, and you drove them somewhere. These people do not have driver licenses nor cars.
Well,you get a parking ticket.
Who should pay? I usually do,but I am getting tired of it.
If I would have said "no" then I would not have gotten a ticket.

2Also,if you let someone borrow your car,who is responsible for paying the parking tickets?
I know its my car,and my responsibility.
However,I did not park in the wrong spot.

You said yes and you parked the car, so it is your responsibility.

Why do you keep parking in places that you shouldn't?

If you let someone use your car, I think they should pay for any tickets they acquire. However, you technically can't make them.

Whoever parked the car illegally is responsible for the parking violations.

No, is a complete sentence. This is your own fault, until you grow a backbone, nothing will change...pay up.

If you get a parking ticket you're responsible for paying the ticket. As far as, "If I would have said "no" then I would not have gotten a ticket", you wouldn't have been given a ticket if you'd paid better attention and not parked in a no-parking area.

If you're silly enough to allow someone to borrow your car then they're responsible for any damage or parking tickets.

So, first pay attention to where you're parking and, second, don't loan your car to anyone else.

I agree.

Where are parking that you are getting so many tickets?

I think that the last time that I got a parking ticket was over 40 years ago when I parked in a "reserved for Mr. Smith" 's spot on a Saturday night. I thought that it only counted during the business day but instead it meant that Mr. Smith could park there 27/7.

Oops, I also got a ticket about 25 years ago when I put money in a meter for 2 hours and I got back to the car 2 hours and 10 minutes later.

So, two parking tickets in 46 years of driving.

I don't think that my husband has received a parking ticket in his entire life.

If you are truly tired of it, quit parking illegally!

How in the world are you getting so many parking tickets that you have a "usual" behavior in this situation?

You chose to park illegally, it's your ticket. Pay it and park legally next time.
