What age group are we talking here? This all sounds like high school clique behaviour, which hardly anything new or special. I guess it sucks being the one singled out, but in the end all you can do is ride it out and chalk it up to life lessons when it's over. You said that this work-study thing ends in a few months, correct? When it's over you'll never have to deal with them again and what they did will eventually be forgotten.

There was some noise up toward the front of the car and 5 Turks appeared, apparently being guided by the conductor to the 3rd class compartments. I was surprised when my normally staid and kindly aunt broke into angry comments about the Turkish guest workers who had just filed by.
How do you come to this conclusion? Because your "normally staid and kindly" aunt is a bit racist? Because of your aunts comments you conclude that the whole EU is against foreign workers.

Btw, Switzerland is not part of the EU.

Ah yeah, and ofc it's easy as a EU citizen to work in the US... not!

The problem is that she has very good friends on her side and these girls hate me, so I hope they don't plan something evil to me... why people is so nasty??
To be honest, if I were you I would ignore them completely. Just pretend that they don't exist.

See it as a life experience. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger!
