Gregs parents pass away and leave him in charge of his nieces trust fund. Nieces mother isn't capable of handling it herself and has no knowledge of what goes on with the money. Greg decides his special needs niece will always be a ward of the state and will never need the money so he starts using it for himself.
Greg now passes away and his son takes over. Son discovers what happened. What does son do? Can Greg's wife/sons mother be liable? She honestly has zero idea. What legal actions can/will be taken?
Ah, I didn't see the legal forum....I will do that. Thanks.
