I go to this small bookshop often and I've been talking to the bookseller a lot lately. Each time we have a good conversation but the last time, I felt like we had a really good conversation. It was a very interesting feeling I had during, and after, the conversation. I'm not sure how to explain it besides it being 'just good'.
If you've had a really good conversation, how did that make you feel?
I sort of go by the quote often ascribed to Eleanor Roosevelt, something along the lines of Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people. I rarely come away from gossipy conversations feeling better than I did going in.
