Is it rude when OPs don't give out rep points?

I rep like mad. That being said, I think it's not rude, just lazy or ignorant. Like ebay, lots of folks don't leave feedback.

Worry about? Wanting to know, understand but I don't think the OP was worrying.



I rep others who provide information, give empathy where warranted, encouragement where needed, or provide a great laugh. I also think, as someone up-thread stated, it helps someone new to evaluate where the information is coming from.
