You don't have to pay for mortgage, electric, heat, basically anything related to housing costs. If you live with them for 10 years in a 4000 square foot house you get a prize of 300,000 dollars could you do it?

I like my in-laws just fine but we have very different lifestyles and I don't think we could manage under one roof.

A 4000 sq ft house would be big enough for me to go weeks without seeing them so it wouldn't be a problem

That's what I was thinking. The only problem would be the kitchen. My mother-in-law didn't want anyone touching anything in her kitchen.
