If people are continually parking in your spaces and blocking you in, then it's not more than obvious that those spaces are private.

Ask the Pastor to put something in their bulletin notifying parishioners that parking there is not allowed, and cars parked in those spaces or blocking cars parked in those spaces will be reported to the police and subject to ticketing or towing.

As property lines go, it's obvious. The spaces are in line with our home but access is through the church parking lot.

We talked to the pastor when they first moved in. He assured us that it wouldn't happen. I guess I will need to talk to him again. AND put signs up...

Put out a cash box and start charging for parking. That will keep almost everyone away. Those that persist, start putting fine notices on their windshields and tow after the first unpaid parking ticket.

Cash is king and everyone pay homage to their pocketbook.

Since you are renting, it is the landlord's responsibility for any signage, etc. You have no authority to tow anything, as it is not your property.

The OP doesn't have authority to tow, but if the cars are parked illegally, s/he can call the police who DO have the authority to ticket/tow.
