I love the "would you rather" game & asking your opinion what you prefer? Being friends with someone who is socially awkward & quiet or someone who has continuos drama in their life? I pick the 1st option, being friends with someone that is quiet & socially inept

I agree. The socially awkward and quiet type usually comes out of their shell over time and becomes more enjoyable. The Drama addicts just become more obnoxious.

Are there people who would willingly choose the drama option? If so, THEY are drama queens. lol

Give me the socially awkward person. I have a pretty headstrong personality myself so someone with a ton of drama and an opinion on everything is going to p*ss me off quickly. I agree with the other user as well - socially awkward people come out of their shell once they are familiar with people.

I eliminated all the drama from my life, and I never want to invite it back in for any reason.

No to drama queen. I might well want to get to know the less socially adept person better. But the drama queen or king, is too much work.

Not only do I prefer socially awkward people, but being around drama queens is really unpleasant to me.

Isn't that a little like asking, "Would you rather have a chocolate eclair or dog poo?"

Hmmm....really depends. Socially awkward would be my first choice....but if they never come out of their shell? That's boring. I am super duper extroverted. It becomes tiring.

Drama....well, sometimes people with drama are fun, as long as you are a bystander and are not a part of the drama. And it's short lived. For an extended period of time...very tiring and aggravating. I'm dealing with a couple right now...I've taken a break from them. They are so much drama and immature I just can't take it. And I'm a no drama kind of person. I keep any "drama" to myself and my SO.

Interesting replies seeing as how drama filled people seem to generally have a lot of friends while socially awkward people do not
