Notify the sheriff's office for each county in which a warrant was issued.
And yes, call the prosecuting attorney's office and notify them that he has other outstanding warrants in other jurisdictions.
One possibility is that he may be remanded without bail, since he is already a proven flight risk.

That's not how it works...meaning it isn't exactly
