Note that the Peace Corps rarely would accept someone without a college degree, unless they have a skilled trade and a lot of experience.

Living on your own is ALWAYS more expensive than you anticipate.
The cost of inflation alone will set you back as you continue to work in a non- upward mobile job with no yearly raise. (Yearly raises are not guaranteed, my company hasn't given them in over 3 years).
