A while back I was talking to a woman who claimed women or some women are jealous of other women that are more attractive than they are. Could this be true with some men being jealous of men who are more handsome than they are?
Of course it's true. More? There are many guys who are intelligent, funny, hard working, skilled, experienced, and yet, don't land the arm ornament. They're better off, but they don't know it at the time.

I've encountered very little of this over the years. Men are likely to give props for good physiques or at worst might tease someone for being a pretty boy. I've seen some white rural types act more insecure rather than jealous. Similarly men rarely give anything but praise to another man who does well with women.
On this issue, the male fraternity is better than the female. I still find it bizarre how often I see women hate on attractive women especially if they are new to the group. And of course "****-shaming" is big with women too.

They must, depending upon the guy. Some people are jealous people, male or female. It's plausible that a jealous person could be as easily jealous over someone else's looks as any other feature/situation.
It can be true but I think it's more commonly seen in women. I think guys would be more jealous of status and income in general.
