You need to read the thread. There is NO EVIDENCE that he continued to be involved with drugs after the first time his parents found pot. He denied having drugs and video showed that he did not do what the officers accused him of doing.
He was never tried. He was released after four months when it was determined that the video showed he did not do what he was accused of.
