There is NO EXCUSE to stab someone in the back! Doesn't matter who they are or what their personality is. Wrong is wrong.

Again......Why put your trust into a fellow co-workers hands. Some may consider it their duty to inform the boss of certain things.

Share only with your most trusted friends but never with co-workers.....Not where being judged can cost you your job.

Yes, but people are going to judge no matter what you do. You could tell them you like hamburgers and they'll create some story about it. Then there are the people who make up straight LIES about you because they want you off the scene.
