Jimmy, aren't you the auto mechanic who complained bitterly in other threads about your coworkers, supervisors, and customers?
I would say "voiced my concerns" instead of "complained bitterly" but yes, that was me. I guess that some people can't differentiate between a valid complaint and just whining, but I guess that's just life.
I have a relative that I don't like much and avoid when I can. she once asked me, "Do you know that feeling when you haven't been in a good fight for a while and you are just looking for a confrontation to get into?" It really is no wonder she has been married 5 times.
I think this is sick. Conflict is part of living and you don't ever need to go looking for it and why would you want to?
The OP also displays a hero complex, just like my relative. Just gonna get in there and fix it all, save everyone and then tell all how you did A B and C and make sure to exaggerate about it. Never mind that most there didn't want you to do anything and now its a giant pile of poo with everyone fighting.

Exactly, I started getting friendly with someone like this and ended it quickly. I realized they always had a fued going with someone, it's like they got energized from it.
I agree. No reason to seek conflict all the time. Why would peace and fun not be enough? There will always be challenges by people and life; not saying to not disagree or put up a fight by all the time? Not healthy.
Think good conversation, sunny afternoon and Some beers. Winning.

Is not this...

I've been in work situations where I had to disagree, and stand up for myself and others. That's not undermining my boss. What you do sets everybody on edge. You must be so much fun to work with....glad I'm self employed.
