I was when I walked into random people's houses. Hey the door's unlocked what's the problem.

Yes. A couple of years ago, I met a new-to-the-neighborhood woman with her dog while on my morning walk. When we got near her house, she invited me in to show me something she'd had done to her kitchen. Then she found a flea on her dog. One flea. We'd been walking with a group of people and dogs all over our large neighborhood. But for some reason, she blamed me personally for the flea. Why me? I don't look like a flea bag! She was blubbering and crying - just came undone - said she could never have a dog with a flea. She threw me out of her house and to this day avoids me like the plague. She even tells other people that I gave her dog a flea. There's no understanding some people. Maybe this belongs in the Psychology forum 'cause I can't explain her!

Yes, when I was 7 years old.

My friend and I did sleepovers at each others' houses and we were at her house this time.

Seven year olds are notoriously mature (lol) so we are sitting in the dark and reciting to each other all the swear words and slang terms for naughty bits on the body that we know.

Her parents come in, with her mom practically having a panic attack over it. Her dad was behind the mom, sort of smirking.

I got kicked out for my "filthy mouth". Guess her mom didn't hear her engaging in the swearing?

MY daughter did when she was 6 years old. She peed her pants at her friends house and the mother kicked her out and never let her back in. My kid was embarrassed to start with, and even more by the mother's reaction.

When I was about 12 I was banned from a friend's house for being too shy.

I said "Hello", "Please", and "Thank you", but I guess I was otherwise too quiet.

Hmm...

Yeah but it was a friend of my friends and we weren't even in her house; outside. We were both 11 and 12 at the time. Because my friend got ito an argument with her friend and her overzealous grandmother made both of us leave. It wasn't even an argument of bad nature. I mean people argue...

Officially banned? No.

But I'm sure there's people I've known that just never invited me again, for whatever reason. Not that I care.

My motto in life is: if you don't like me, I don't like you either.
