Your brother-in-law. Or possibly your husband, but it would be more than a little odd to refer to your husband as your mother-in-law's son.

Okay, I’ll bite, I HAD a mother-in-law, my wife’s mother who died,
she had a son, my wife’s brother, this made he and I brothers-in-law.
