Hmmm.....I think you're making it a bigger deal than what it is. I doubt she's trying to "convert you" or intentionally trying to be insensitive (which I think it's interesting how you heavily criticize the music when you're the only one that is sensitive to it) If you're THAT offended, talk to her about it.
This isn't impacting you and you don't have to deal with it, try to show some empathy for someone else.
I think most 'Christian music' is lame but there are a lot of music genres I don't care for personally.If I were driving around a group of autistic kids I would likely be playing some form of fairly lame music regardless.Instead of getting all bent and silently seething why don't you just ask if you can mix up the radio stations a bit?How are others to know that you hate the music if you don't tell them?Perhaps there is a station everyone can be happy with.
So you're thinking it, because they are autistic kids they should be subjected to junk? Where is the logic in that. Playing classical music is far more helpful and they should be using this time to do exactly that.

OP, does it appear to have a calming affect on the students? Most music is not soothing (especially "children's music" as some have suggested here, which is the least soothing genre of music I can think of).
If it soothes them, why so angry about it?
BTW - for those who say she could get headphones, it's highly unlikely she's allowed to do that. She's on the bus to keep order/work with the kids and you can't put noise cancelling headphones on and do your job.
You're missing the point here. I'm not judging that women's faith. She can believe ELvis is still alive if she pleases, it's her own life. She can do it in private, too. It's not about the artistic expression, it's about the content. We're not talking about lyrics dealing with a heartache or a night out. Christian music conveys a strong religious statement. If I were to put on some porn movie, I'd like to see how far the "tolerance" would go. At work religion, sex, politics and race conversation never end well.

Amazing how some people make this about themselves and not with solving the person you are dealing with. You are right to be concerned about this, and I wouldn't put up with it. These kids have no choice in the matter and it is up to those in control of the music to play useful intelligent music for them and not this trash.

Auraliea, I love your posts! This is the only one I've ever disagreed with. I think someone could tough it out, if the music were only once/week, say. But 5 days/week, every morning, and possibly every afternoon? (OP didn't tell us what happens on bussing duty at the end of the school day.). It's a bit much to grit your teeth through, on a daily basis. It's also presumptuous, on the part of the person forcing their musical choice on others.
It's not even necessarily a question of the religious content. Everyone should be aware, that musical tastes are somewhat unique, and just because someone loves their own choices doesn't mean the rest of the world does, even though we might like others to enjoy our music.
"Christian music", hmm.... OP, have you ever heard Russian Orthodox Church choir music? It's something else (in a good way). Check it out. If you decide you kinda like it, or can tolerate it, you could introduce it as your choice. I'm just thinking, that way your colleague couldn't turn it into a religious debate. lol. She couldn't say you're anti-Christian. Or you could get some of the really cool gospel music from South Africa--boogie! Hey, it's "Christian music"!
