With my soon to be possibly unemployed status I'm in no position to sign what's typically a minimum of one year lease. But thanks for the encouragement, moving out of my parents was long overdue - it just seems I moved in with the wrong person...unless I can find ways to get my money's worth out of her.
Sounds like you might have an S & M streak. Have you considered writing erotic stories, or taking calls for a phone sex service as way to release your pent up sexual energy? I don't think your loony land lady would be a good choice for acting out your fantasies.

I really hope this is mostly made-up. Because this thread goes from "I want to put my bully in her place" to
"I initiated a conversation on getting rid of her ex" to
"She is subtly encouraging me to say 'I'll show you mine if you show me yours'" and
"Maybe she can make it worth my while to stay...", and finally
"I want to brush her hair like her mother did when she was a little girl".
I'm seriously getting an "it puts the lotion on its skin" vibe from this whole thread. Chills.
