You get what you accept. I used to complain about "all these flaky people in my life" until I learned to not accept it. If you're late once in a while, I understand. However, if it is chronic or disrespectful (i.e. no phone call or no real excuse for being late) it's "Buh-Bye". I don't play games anymore and now the friends I have in my life are respectful, ontime, and not flaky (in the bad way anyway..lol..I like flaky people).
